Privacy Policy
How AI Age Progression handles accounts, AI age progression photos, and site data
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Age Progression (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and free AI age progression tool.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Account information (if you register later): email, name, and profile details you provide.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, approximate location from IP, browser and device type, and basic diagnostics.
- Security signals: bot-protection tokens (for example Cloudflare Turnstile) and rate-limit counters keyed by IP for the free age tool.
- Portrait images you upload for age progression (see next section).
AI Age Progression Photos
The free online tool on the homepage is designed as a request-time workflow:
- Your browser prepares the portrait (for example as a data URI) and sends it with the generate request to our server.
- When live generation is configured, our server forwards the image to an age-generation provider (WaveSpeed) to produce a preview and returns the result to your browser.
- On this free tool path we do not write the uploaded or result image into our product database or Cloudflare R2 object storage as part of normal generation.
Please note:
- The generation provider processes the image under its own terms and infrastructure while fulfilling the request.
- If live generation is unavailable, the client may fall back to a local sample-frame demo that does not require storing your photo on our servers.
- Rate limiting may store short-lived IP-based counters (not your photo file) to prevent abuse.
- Do not upload photos of other people without permission.
For policy details that bind providers and infrastructure, see also their documentation when live generation is enabled.
How We Use Information
- Provide and improve the age progression preview and related site features
- Protect the service (bots, spam, and abuse)
- Operate accounts, support, and billing if you use those features
- Understand aggregate traffic and fix errors
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use essential cookies or local storage for session, security, and preferences. We also load Plausible Analytics in production to count visits (see Cookie Policy).
Third-Party Services
We may use infrastructure and vendors such as:
- Cloudflare (hosting, security, optional Turnstile)
- WaveSpeed (optional live age-generation models)
- Plausible Analytics (self-hosted visit counts; script served from our analytics host)
- Payment or email providers when those product modules are enabled
Each vendor processes data under its own policies when it acts as a processor or independent controller for that slice of the stack.
Data Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a cloud-hosted app (HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege secrets). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your Choices
- Use the free tool without creating an account when that path is offered
- Stop uploads at any time; clear browser data for local previews
- Contact us about account data if you later create an account
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a revised date.
